To begin, I offer a FREE Staging Consultation so a seller can make their home more attractive and appealing to potential buyers. A Comprehensive Market Analysis will determine the value of your home in today's market. Once our price is set, my custom marketing strategies are second to none. My sellers deserve the most exposure and I have committed to using the most advanced technology and tools available. I use every opportunity to put your home in front of qualified buyers who are currently searching for a home such as yours. I also use the most effective means of traditonal advertising as well. My sellers are provided with a complete virtual tour, still shots, a web commercial of their home and more. I expose the home to over 150 websites. I offer open houses and broker walkthroughs. I work very closely with my sellers to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy (CO) if their township requires one. We will review the checklist and what is required well in advance giving us enough time to do what is necessary to pass the township inspections. I will present all offers to you promptly and assist you in evaluating them. I help manage all aspects of the closing process when a contract is accepted.

My buyers receive Home Pricing Comparisons for all properties on which they are considering making an offer - this will identify the homes that haven't adjusted to changes in the marketplace. My buyers do not overpay for their homes. I feel it is my responsibility to educate them on the market trends and current price yields.
